This useful video, obtained with endorectal ultrasonography, provides a close insight in the mechanics of ejaculation. It shows the engorgement of the internal glands, the emission and ejaculation phases, with related contractions (presented at the SIU-1994 congress in Sydney, Dr. JM Gil-Vernet).
